That's really heart warming to hear, well metaphorically speaking, literally
speaking it sounds more like heart over-heating :)

That still sounds like a dream come true.  We are looking to get a 3 bedroom,
no garage, no land and if we can find something in Montreal for under
$700,000 it is considered the deal of a lifetime.  So not enough people are
moving out of our cities as far as I can tell but perhaps I need to get you
to spread the word about the paradise you have found to help me drive down
some of these prices so we can actually live somewhere decent.   As long as I
have -20c for more than 2-3 weeks straight, I can get in some good
cross-country skiing and snow showing with teh little one I'm a happy camper.
