Holy cow, that's quite the change of climate.  As a cold blooded Canadian
that thrives in -20 I welcome you(back?) to the North.  Rare to find people
making the move in that direction though, usually it's the other way
around(not that I understand the reasoning behind giving up the best season
of the year).

What is it about UP that draws you there?  Or perhaps a more relevant
question would be what is it about FL that drives you away?
