Hopefully the message was self explanatory?

If you set yourself to "Crash" or "Normal", my system will try to poll at (increasing) intervals over 2 days or so - well 5 times. If after the 5th time I cant poll you, then you'll be put on "auto hold" (so I no longer poll) and it will send you a netmail.

When you poll in to collect mail, you should come off "auto hold" and I'll start polling again.

If you keep getting that message, then it means that I cannot poll you - either because the details I have are incorrect, or you have a firewall that is blocking me (or something else). (So double check via the web UI that I have the right details).

I've only just implemented that, so I may need to keep an eye on it to make sure that it's doing what I hoped above :) So if the details I have on you are correct and you keep getting it, I'll need to debug it further. :)
