I read an interesting blog post from a graphics artist who wanted a tablet to
do quick edits when meeting with a client. An older version of Photoshop
(I think it was 4.0) had most of the basic tools he needed. Windows 3.1
could run it.

He took an Android tablet with DOSBOX, installed Windows 3.1 and
Photoshop and had a portable graphics tablet for less than the price of
a decent stylus.
