MRCX is a 3rd party that is developed by roovis. You may want to check with
him on MRC for the details.

On a sidenote, the default MRC client is getting a huge facelift after the
last week server code upgrade. The changes are too long to list here...

You may want to check at these 2 IMGUR libraries that showcase some of the
changes in both MRC Server 1.3+ and the upcoming MRC 1.3+ client.
