My hub is connectable via tor too (I used to have a downlink use it) - I think 
my address is:

So port 24554.

BTW: I think ZeroTier has been a bit flaky. I've restarted the controller but 
cant seem to get online. I'm heading away this next week but I'll see if I can 
get it working tonight.
