I haven't done anything with it, but I have downloaded it and looked at the
whatsnew.txt file. :)

I think the new dropfile format is just for utilizing DOSXTRN fossil driver
for DOS door games. It sounds like it was to help people who were using
NewFossil to run them.

As for Windows 10, I don't think it would help unless it's a 32bit version.
The 64bit versions have removed their support for 16bit software completely.
I wouldn't be surprised if they remove 32bit support soon, if they haven't
already... A lot of the Linux distros are already dropping 32bit...
