So... this is kinda how I feel about Framework; for all the NORMAL issues, they are wonderful and their customer support is GREAT. Then, even when theres an issue that they don't get many of they really TRY - but when they DON'T KNOW the solution, Framework falls on their face. I can say that Librem having you send it in and replacing (even in the timeframe you stated) was a bit better than what I experienced w/ Framework and my microphone issue, I bet you're experience will be similar if they don't KNOW whats wrong. Sounds similar, anyway.
