I ended up not receiving my return until yesterday and didn't crack the box 
open until today.

They didn't replace my motherboard - they gave me a new machine (although I 
think it was a refurb - there are some imperfections on the case).

It came without any of the screws installed, which makes sense since I had to 
reinstall the SSD I removed for the warranty repair.  No big.  The biggest 
trick with the screws on this is that they are very small (000 Phillips) and 
they don't go straight into the case.  They're angled in to allow the bottom to 
































































































































































































































































































































































be curved.

Currently I'm reinstalling Qubes.  Work is still hectic, so I may skip moving 
in until two weeks from now.

It looks like they may have iterated to a new revision: I had a Librem 14v1, 
this is a Librem 14v1-01.  More as it happens.


Timeline:

8/6 Initial email to support.
8/8 Initial response from support - marked as spam.
8/9 RMA forms reeived.
8/10 shipped to Purism.
8/23 shipped back to me.
8/26 scheduled arrival.
8/27 first delivery attempt.
8/28 second (successful) delivery attempt.
