Agreed. Like my mic issue, I think its a real one-off... while I don't expect 
them to JUMP THRU HOOPS, I think by now they should have allowed me to send the 












































































































































































































































































































































































PC in for repair or replacement, as I have done MANY steps to attempt the fix. 
At this point I *think* its because of a RF sticker by the wifi chip; they have 












































































































































































































































































































































































a service bulletin about cuttin a section of it away; and I haven't completed 
that yet... we'll see.

For you, tho - I hope Purism knocks the repair out quickly.

For the vast majority of things, Frame.work does rock @ customer support. But, 
being small, I think they drop the ball on genuine one-off or much smaller 
issues. It must be tough for companies like these... I like how Purism had you 
send the unit in when they couldn't quickly get it ironed out over email, tho.

Its really nice and they are currently offering their first upgraded 
mainboards, a hinge/backplate upgrade to fix the screen-wobble issue of the 
first batches - we're all hoping that they come out w/ a Frame.work 2.o w/ 
Ryzen and either APU based CPUs or w/ gfx cards... we'll see.

Let us know how yer Librem ends up. Hoping for the best!! :P
