I completely agree.  Small companies do need to balance; they can't just throw 
money at a problem user, because folks will take advantage of companies like 
that and they just don't have the margins to support it.  Fair and expected.

Still, when it comes to legitimate issues, quick, over-the-top customer service 












































































































































































































































































































































































is the way to go.  If I wasn't in the middle of a DR situation at work I 
would've investigated why their mail was going to junk.

Glad the frame.work is hodlding up.  I think I've said this to you before, but 
I love the idea, I just wish they (or someone else) was putting out a 
motherboard with libreboot or coreboot.  Oooh, I'm surprised nobody's made an 
ARM or RISC-V board for it yet...
