Subj : Purism Librem 14 - Dead after ~4 Months

Gotta say, I'm not currently a fan of Purism support, even if we're finally 
getting some progress.

Laptop died on Saturday, all symptoms look like a power input issue.  Tried a 
bunch of stuff, but it was dead.  D-E-D dead.

Of course, I'm a slacker and have no backups... what to do, what to do?

Well, feed the laptop 7.6 volts via the fuse on the battery rail, of course. It 




















































































































































































































































































































































































booted right up and I was able to run those neglected backups.  Huzzah.  The 
machine is now jetting its way to California for repair or replacement.  Trying 




















































































































































































































































































































































































not to be impatient...
