I missed Solene's original challenge last year, which would've been a lot of

Basically, last year's challenge was to use a system with these specs for all 
of your personal computing usage (obviously work is a different story):
- 1x CPU/core/thread
- 512MB RAM
- External services (VNC, file shares, etc are allowed).

This year, her challenge is basically around restricting your internet usage.

The challenge this year is to only use the Internet for 1 hour/day total.  I'm 
not in a place where I can play along this year, but it'll be fun to watch and 
I'll be reducing time wherever possible.
