I had a similar experience.  I removed FB and IG from my phone, for reasons, 
and then spent about the next week pulling my phone out, going to tap the icon, 






















































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































and then telling myself, "right, I uninstalled it!"

I put it back on a few weeks later and while I'm not as bad as I was before, 
I'm seeing some of the same compulsive behaviors come back.  I think it's about 






















































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































time to limit my social media use to on my PC only. :/
