It sounds like it might be.

Couple of things you guys can do to pin point it.

If you keep a copy of mail before it is tossed, you can verify that the 
incoming packets are OK (or not) and/or its the BBS.

Since Mystic uses JAM mailbases, you can use another mail reader (like Golded) 
and see if it too shows the issue (then you know if it is just Mystic rendering 





































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































































a message, or if its stored badly in the Jam DB.
