What a c**khole. I wonder if you can smack him round to make yourself feel 
better - if not, I suggest badmouthing him on Yelp & FB. 

Fix computers ourselves... saves time and money, I think...

Also, if you can smack him round a bit... do so with a slice of cheese. Feels 
so good. Glad you got yer laptop back - you prolly could of had it in 2 days.
