They'd be detected as dupes if your tosser has that capability. Older versions of Mystic had problems in this area... And yes, if you reply, the message goes out to both "uplinks" - and whenever the messages cross paths, hopefully the tosser will see the same message via a different route and discard the subsequent copies (your uplink may have more than 1 link).
