CRC doesn't match. This happened on both tqwinfo.zip and tqwnet.z11.

Nope, got it here OK:

Although it does look like I got it twice?

N 04:47:03  1 file[s] with filemask tqwnet.z11 are removed

So I'm going to guess that is your problem - you have an old tic with a new 
file or visa versa...
