It does, thanks. I also just found where it states that on the Mystic Wiki. 
It's pretty eye opening.

So for ads, I can easily control the X chars wide, so long as I use an editor 
that supports the option. It's trickier for roBOT posts though, where I cannot 
as easily control that. This is why the weather reports I like to post look 
heinously borked unless viewed in Mystic or recent versions of Sync.

Maybe I'll write a script to massage the roBOT ANSIs before posting... hmm.
