especially when the money runs out to protect the own borders... but i'm not
very involved in the us-stuff, i read some and i'm also have a look on the
main-headlines from us. so teach me if i'm wrong, that only a emergency
resolution helps to keep the border-protection online because the money runs
out for the homeland sec.?
