Finally got the new version of Mystic working for Orbit BBS!

I am starting over from scratch...using the same ANSIs so it will look the
same....but it's the new version ;)

Now, gotta set up the Netmail.  I'm having to refamiliarize myself with this
thing after letting it sit on auto-pilot for such a while.
