what do you think about a survnet-echo whish contains weather forecast and
weather warnings?

if i have just a smallwidth internet-access i can read weatherinfos from the
survnet with my android-device and hotdoged (fido ftn-reader).

we just have to make a survnet echo and add an post-bot with the data. i dont
know the US/CAN weather-warning points but i can help with the european
stuff. like estofex or warning from the german-language-room.

good idea or crap?
