  My place in the woods pretty much fell apart.  So we've spent most of
  the summer in the city not dealing with it.

  Three weeks ago I found an older trailer but one in much better shape
  (a double wide from the 50's - nothing inside it from the 50's) and
  we've been getting things setup.   

  Three weekends left until we winterize so lots to do.
