Hi All,

I would like to apologize for the extended down time of Castle Rock BBS
tonight. I was doing some work on the message bases, and didn't want the
system to receive any mail while I was moving files around.

I decided that instead of having almost 16000 files in one \msgs\ directory,
I would split them up by network, and make them a bit more manageable.

All systems should be "GO" now! :)
