I grabbed it from Agency board, then ran the same thing you did. It said that 
portvic.exe was not a valid win32 app. I then tryed to compile the opendoor 
code used in the \odoors\ folder, but it failed to compile using the 
sourceforge WinGnu32/make-3.81 compiler. Sorry I tried but no cigar here.
