Thanks for the tip.  I'll subscribe to DD's channel and watch his videos 
today.

I have a Nesco dehydrator that I bought at RuralKing.  It's plastic but 
has worked well for several years.  I've also used my electric oven to 
dry thyme, basil, and other herbs but I usually just hang them and them 
dry when I can (I put a small fan in the room to keep the air moving to 
avoid mold).
