Are you interested in getting a cheap weapon that can take down 50 million
dollar jets?  It will cost you $50 USD plus $20 shipping from China via
AliExpress.  They are extremely powerful laser transmitters.  They emit green
laser beams and can blind pilots.  They can also catch nearby houses on fire
and burn up fields of crops.  If you pointed the laser into your eye you
could easily blind yourself, and I really don't suggest buying one of these
as they could be considered "munitions" that may be illegal in your country. 
Really, there is no good reason for having a very high powered laser, they
cause damage and thats about all.  I haven't visited AliExpress lately, so
I'm not 100% sure if they're still sold, but I'm betting that they're still
there.
