What we know about InfraSound?
InfraSound is an acoustic vibration with a frequency below 20 Hz, not perceivable by the human ear.
Research has shown that infraSound can cause unpleasant subjective sensations and numerous reactive changes in people at sound pressure levels of 110 to 150 decibels or more.
A British study found that infraSound can evoke a range of emotions in an audience, including nostalgia, chilliness, unease, and shivering down one's spine.
Researchers at the University of Hertfordshire conducted a study in which they used a seven-meter-long "infraSound gun" emitting a sound with a frequency around 17 Hz and a volume of 6-8 decibels. The results showed that strange sensations increased by 22% when listening to the lowest notes.
In studies on the biological effects of infraSound on the human body, it was found that the frequencies of our nervous system and heart lie within the range of infraSound - 6 Hz. Mimicking these frequencies leads to poor well-being, unjustified fear, panic, madness, and ultimately death.
In some churches and cathedrals, there are pipe organs that produce sounds with frequencies below 20 Hz, and this may explain the mysterious trembling that affects many worshipers.
