I noticed that you used Sodium Phentanyl as an example. The correct compound
for truth serum is Sodium Thiopental.  Fentanyl , even diluted, would simply
make the person either intoxicated by the drug or kill them if the dosage was
not perfectly measured. Phentanyl/Fentanyl is a very lethal drug unless
measured to the microgram.
