Back in the year of 2017, I had done a massive intelligence gathering effort
on the people and customs of the local town I was in, I had at the time
concieved of a plan to strengthen the community as a whole by taking care of
those less fortunate, (without home, lost like ulysses.) I had researched
both socialogical and psychological engineering with hopes of only implanting
an ideal, a seed, in the minds of the targets I had intended to change,
influence or persuade. I had noticed a need for a peace time service for
both members of the armed forces, and citizens conscripted from society. With

I had always wanted to create an NGO who's sole purpose was to aid and
provide intelligence and means to the common people. Yet years have passed
and I have not visited those halls again.
