Little is known about (Unit 29155), but the state of the matter is that they
are a well knit secret, well were, until NY TIMES published an article that
gave me a fair decent amount of information, as with all journalism, their
comes a price. Below is a little summary I have made based off of the article
in the new york times titled: Top Secret Russian Unit Seeks to Destabilize
Europe, Security Officials Say. Published on the date of October 8th 2019. 

Lots of information is known about the poisoning of former Russian spy, Sergei
Skripal, but little is known about the destabilization campaign in Moldova,
or the poisoning of an arms dealer in Bulgaria. Just last year we had the
nerve agent attack on Sergei Skripal, luckily he " was found beside his
daughter, Yulia, slumped on a bench in an English city, hallucinating and
foaming at the mouth. His poisoning led to a Cold War-style confrontation
between Russia and the West, with both sides expelling diplomats and
wrangling over who tried to kill him and why." - Ny Times.

At first authorities were puzzled with the unconnected and isolated attacks,
but had hints and notations of it being Russian Intelligence Services. 

The least I can say is they have mastered the art of war, and harness many
capabilities across many fields of expertise.
