Subj : Staying Alive To : All From : warmfuzzy Date : Sun Mar 04 2018 22:24:43 This is just a thought, If you are going to go into journalism about the cartels and corruption you can know that you're among good company. However, those company are all dead. It has struck me as to why people choose a career documenting crimes for little money, little physical security, and little results. I'm thinking about great whistle=blowers of our time like Bob Lazaar, Edward Snoden, Julian Assange, Litvinenko, and all the rest. I'm not saying don't whistle-blow, what I am saying is if thats the field you want in on---that is bringing the government and security establishment to account---you may be destroying your life. I am personally glad for the work done by all the above whistle blowers, I just thought I should get the message out to perhaps be more careful or even anonymous in your reporting. WikiLeaks offers an anonymous information drop which then forwards to the media. With all the needless deaths in this serious affair I recommend doing it so that even your closest friends and family don't know about it---that you will keep your head. --- Mystic BBS v1.12 A35 (Linux/64) * Origin: PHATstar RetroBOX!
