Hi,
If you're interested in securing your web server, whether its IRC, HTTPS,
SSH, etc. then I have a service that will work well for you.  I have tried
several SSL cert providers, but after searchign and searching I have found
this most excellent provider that explains in great detail the steps to
purchase, configure, and implement/install certificates.

They offer SSL certificates from various providers such as Comodo, GoGetSSL,
Symantec, GeoTrust, Thawte, and RapidSSL.

My personal favorite choice is GoGetSSL's Domain SSL for $5/year or $9 for
two years. They are compatible with 99.9% of browsers, unlimited server
licensing, set up.implementation in five minutes, unlimited reissues, secures
WWW and non-WWW.  I run a secure SSH file server for a tech society I'm with
and it was completely set up in less than fifteen minutes.  I'm no pro at
this, which is why it took me fifteen minutes rather than five, but it ended
up working perfectly and the instructions were really straight forward and
simple to understand. This will allow people to connect to your server and
get the green lock beside your site name, which means the connection is
secure and well-encrypted.  Sometimes when sites have self-signed
certificates and you're using Firefox to view the site you have to go to
"advanced" and "add exception" to be able to view the material, which is
highly annoying.  So try this out and you'll give your users a great
experience on your service and have the peace of mind that comes with knowing
that your connections are encrypted and not viewable my unauthorized
third-parties.  Again, I highly recomment www.gogetssl.com.
