 I work in the BESS space (Battery/hybrid solar storage) and the
 operations guys go over battery systems closely. I think it'd be hard
 to sneak in a cellular system inside of a metal case.

 They'd still need to register with a cell tower somehow to communicate
 unless there was some way of doing point-to-point comms via cell?
