This is simply a point to ponder... When you are at war and you don't want to
pay money for munitions to win the war just cause your enemies to fight your
enemies.  It has been said that an enemy of my enemy is a friend of mine. 
That isn't quite what I'm getting to in this article, but something more
sinister.  Lets say you hate a group of people and you hate another group of
people---it is to your advantage to get these two enemies of yours to fight
against each other.  Both of your enemies will be spending their own money
destroying one another and you can sit back and see your opponents do your
will against themselves.  This could be done using disinformation, getting
them to start a war on one another under false beliefs.  Its not playing
fair, but it can be highly effective.

Yet another Point to Ponder...
