Outbounding refers to the action of leaving your local location and proceeding to go to a remote location using anomalous travel means.  You can think of it like astral projection from where you are to move globally to wherever you'd like to travel.  It is either extremely evil (being a psychic) or extremely of God (being a prophet).  These two possibilities are very different from one another.  The force that inspires such travel is either of God or is against God.

Outbounding is an in-house term that stems from "outward bound" and describes going outward from where you are into various places secured and unsecured.  In the astral plane or in the prophet's mind scape, those things that are hidden from view are the most "hot" zones in the field of vision.  If you try to hide something that may be distressing to someone in not wanting it to be found out, those places glow the brightest.  For the prophet something like this is known to be common.  When people are in great distress their cries go out to the prophets of the world and those in distress can be rescued from their situations and find freedom from darkness.

Why sign on to the team that will be destroyed in the end?  If you want to be a real prophet and not a remote viewer that is certainly an option.  Follow the path to getting to and becoming a Born Again Christian.  After this join a Pentecostal or other evangelical Christian church that focuses on the gifts of The Spirit (The Holy Spirit), and inquire as to how to receive this gift.  You might be surprised that you are doing similar and more profound works in a manner that out shines anything an RV'er can ever do.  Ask and you shall receive, Seek and you shall find, Knock and the door will be opened. :) :) :)
