I'll contact the crew and get an IRC network setup.  I just need to find someone who can setup a full-fledged IRC Server with the Anope extensions working at the same time.  Anope does the ChanServ, NoteServ, and other add-ons.  Thanks for pushing me to do this.  I hope that it will work out well.
