I heard about this the other day on the television... apparently there are pro-Russian elements living in Ukraine and sending messages back to Russia about targets to attack with GPS or grid coordinates that allow for precision bombings.  The Ukrainian government and people were at a loss to figure out how the Russians were so successful at bombing high-value targets.  So the word is that there are informants on the ground in Ukraine, working for Russia and causing serious harm to the integrity of the Ukrainian State.  Long story short, the Ukranian government is now offering bounties on these types of informants.  They are offering $100 USD per informant outed. Nothing quite like cold hard cash to expose Judas Iscariots efforts against the State.
