The people who run CSAs (Community Supported Agriculture programs, sort of food production cooperatives) often are very generous with coaching others. Some CSA will let you "work off" your share, which gives you first hand training as a bonus. If the world goes upside down you will need a way to bridge until you have some production of your own.
