Every person in business can be helped by attending Toastmaster's Club 
Meetings.  Whether your occupation be in the IC or not, Toastmasters can make 
you more valuable than your peers.  Toastmasters is a club that specializes in 
public speaking.  If you are shy or otherwise adverse to public speaking, 
Toastmasters can change you into a more successful professional.  You will 
learn to speak in a fashion that is easy to understand, that gets right to the 
point, and being able to communicate what you have to say in a form that is 
simple and specific without pointless verbiage.  This club has a manual in 
which you present different speeches on various different topics.  The manual 
goes through basic stuff to more advanced presentations.  It is sort of 
reminiscent of high school, except that it is a lot of fun, highly useful, and 
there being a very distinct point in why its being learned---to become a key 
person of influence.

ToastMasters costs around $120-$140 CAD ($100 USD) per year and pays for the 
rental of the space for the meetings, the manual, the oversight, and a small 
portion going to ToastMasters WHQ.  You may find that you can get an 
understanding of just how it works by checking YouTube for videos upon the 
search of "toastmasters meetings," and there may be recorded meetings 
available based on your prompt.
