Here are two book reviews for you to check out.  They're both by Jeffrey
Gitomer.

1) The Little Teal Book of Trust
2) The Little Black Book of Connections

If you're learning how to lead people and have people buy your platform and
message I would highly recommend these two books.  I have bought both of them
and found them to be one-of-a-kind.  The Little Teal Book of Trust was my
first read which went into great detail but was short and concise about how
to gain and keep people's trust.  The Little Black Book of Connections I
grabbed in audio form from Audible.com.  It went into detail about how people
want to work with and buy from people that they have in their personal
network of friends and associates.  The audio book of the Little Black Book is
only 3h 49m so you can listen to the whole thing in one night.  But don't think
that the book is lacking, actually its quite informative and insightful, packed
with simple to understand and thought-provoking content. I'd recommend both.
They are both important works, and I highly recommened both of them, however
do to the price factor I'd buy the Little Black Book of Connections first as
you can get it for about half the price of the other book as the Audible
audio-books are less expensive than the hardcover physical books.

You might be thinking, "how does this "fit" in the Sp00knet?"  Well dealing
with people is the primary aim of the IC (intelligence community) and the
more capable you are at negotiating and building up genuine relationships
with trust and connections the better you will be able to help your country's
or your corporation's or your organization's network of information sourcing,
that brings that vital tip or hint or idea that will make all the difference
in your sector.

I really think you will like these two books since they're really that good.
