Have you ever looked at the selection of monitors that are TEMPEST-shielded? 
Most are ugly massive monitors.  There is a solution to this, simply buy
transparent TEMPEST-certified glass and surround the entire monitor in a
rectanglar housing.  This makes any monitor TEMPEST-certified, without intense
circuitry, just a neat glass enclosure around and over your screen.  Just
make sure that your monitor is EnergyStar certified and doesn't radiate much
heat.  Using this modular technology you can save thousands of dollars on
your corporate computer network's workstations and server screens.

Its a simple solution, and having a hack like this would bother the TEMPEST
security establishment, but it would provide a much lower entry point into
the field and allow for much larger monitors being able to be used in highly
sensitive computer technology offices.

Something to think about... are you into the Maker-bot scene?  This is a
corner of the market that hasn't been explored so far so you could fill this
niche and make some sweet contracts that will make you some cash and save
your clients some cash along the way.
