What would the perfect cover be for a person trailing you?  The simple anwer
is to cruise around in a private security company's car with the security
company's logo on the car.  It would be quite strange having an unmarked car
following you around, but having security guard car acting suspicious would
not be that strange, they are after all partroling an area.  They check on
things and follow people as part of their job.  So if I were a sp00k I'd hire
someone from one of those secuirty guard companies to follow the target on my
behalf, or simply borrow the car and do the surveillance on my own.
