Science gives us percentages. It also gives us a pretty damn definitive answer
on if vaxing causes autism: Nope!

I think you're right in a lot of ways though. More people + ease of information
 = you might hear about more cases than back in the day when a) kids weren't
diagnosed with it in the first place, and b) you only got news from your local
community.
