Ontarian here. Thankfully they didn't open the schools here. I wouldn't have
sent my 5 year old back to school, theres no way that could have been safe when
 5 year olds put things in their mouths and touch everything. Not to mention,
you have no idea where the kids have been, and the people in contact with them
and where they have been or how safe they have been playing it. Honestly, I
don't think things will go back to some sort of normal, at least for me, my
wife, and child, until there is a vaccine. It's simply not worth it. We havn't
eaten out. We havn't gone to the parks. We have stayed home. The only place I
go is the grocery store, and even then I bring bleach wipes with me and wear a
mask. You simply cannot trust the general public because a good amount of them
think that people dying is a hoax. Many people don't obey the rules when out,
contrary to what the talking heads will say. Sadly a lot of older people (55+)
are neglecting to stay distanced, and they want to push past you in stores and
then you have to wait for them in front of you. So yeah, I would say when there
 is a vaccine, and not before. People are just too.. for lack of a better
word.. stupid.
