I'm amazed this post didn't gain traction!  However such a valuable one now. 
Human pleasures and the need to pay bills began the protests; now we face a
culture wanting to strip Christianity and all things good from society.  Not
everyone, but a large percent of younger aged people, who were raised absent
of spirituality and common sense, that are easily inflamed by any politically
driven identity political strategy.  We have statues being torn down because
somehow a piece of metal or rock offends someone; businesses being
burned and vandalized; discussions of after birth abortion, abolishment of
police, and I could go on.  The important point -- all of this is happening
in the middle of a pandemic, and we are starting to see spikes again in some
parts of our country.  

Whats amazing is that we are seeing increased cases with increased heat --
heat doesn't seem to matter.  I can only imagine, what could occur when
schools start back up and fall weather sets in.  If we experience glimpses of
anarchy now, what will it be like if countries have to close down again?  It's
challenging times -- people need to work to keep
shelter over their heads and mouths fed while also protecting their and their
loved ones health and safety in check; all while there is an amplified
political environment, conflicting (masks don't matter, wait, masks matter)
messaging from medical professionals, fear of being sick, fear of being
homeless.  The combination of all is what concerns me as to what "could"
happen.  

Unfortunately, the solutions are narrow:  stay home if high risk and can
afford to, get out and work if you can and are able to as those who are high
risk need ya, or require everyone get out or stay home; crushing lives or the
economies around the world.  I'd not like being the one in charge right now.
