Two things to consider

First this election is Globalists vs Patriots.  The Democrat vs Republican monikers are useful to a limited extent, but the Globalists vs Patriots seems a better fit.

Second it is the Globalists that have thrown away the mantle of conventions, thwart laws, rights and morality.  Since they ascribe to a pan-national set of values, where their ideals override accepted norms (including you as an individual free agent), these bad actions are acceptable in their minds.

As for Democrats and RINOs, they are a mix of true globalists (fellow travellers they sometimes are called), idealogical leftists (commies and socialists), and those otherwise less opinionated who are controlled (the "vote blue, no matter who" crowd, and the stupid which often includes youth).

The Second is that this election is an all-or-nothing is bullshit.  History tells us this with examples like Spain being occupied for nearly eight centuries (historians like to use 711 AD to 1492 AD) yet killing off their occupiers in the end.  Some of you live in countries that were subverted for several generations (roughly from 1922 AD to the early 1990s).

Do not be so quick to give it up just because a particular moment is full of adversity.
