I hate the damned things with a sith/cobra kai passion. They are impersonal,
distracting, addicting (for those who have fallen to the addiction) and it blurs if not downright erases the line between work and life. It went from a noble tool for communication to a tool of "zombiefying" distraction and constant stress/anxiety. 

I went many years refusing to have a smartphone, but now I require one because of work and family. Fuck!... I already feel my neurons frying... </rant>
