 certainly not in a way that you could inflate the total and attribute
 it to Biden. Given that republican politics are in the news recently,
 with the Texas Military Guard blocking US Border patrol from aiding
 people in distress in the Rio Grande, any claim of deaths being
 attributable to Biden are disingenuous at best.
