By comparing a subset of over 1M images visually identical but not
matching the same SHA1 digest. It is most 100% accurate but actually provides
food for thought.

In that era, the amount of images was far less abundant than it is today, not
sure how it would be today.

I can't find the actual articles I found back then, but I find it interesting
since I tend to accept that possibility, at least consider it :)
